Terms of Service
TJfly is a metasearch and decision-support service. We do not issue airline tickets or hold ticket money. The airline or disclosed seller confirms the final price and supplies the travel service.
1. Search results
Results cover only the named sources that responded at the stated time. Coverage is not exhaustive. Indicative prices are separated from bookable offers. Prices, availability, baggage and refund conditions may change before seller checkout.
2. TrueTrip estimates
Known, estimated and unknown costs are labelled. Visa and entry information is advisory and must be verified with the destination government. Unknown mandatory costs are not represented as zero.
3. Accounts and paid features
Free search and seller handoff do not require purchase. Flight-alert products remain unavailable until an approved provider, notification delivery and refund lifecycle pass verification. If enabled later, the price, term and refund rule will be shown before purchase. Mobile digital purchases use the applicable app store.
4. Affiliate disclosure
We may earn a commission from disclosed seller links. Commission does not change result ranking.
5. Conduct and availability
Do not abuse the service, evade limits, probe private systems, resell restricted data or use automated access contrary to a provider's terms. We may suspend abusive accounts. The service may be unavailable while sources fail or change.
6. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, TJfly is not responsible for seller price changes, cancellations, denied boarding or losses caused by relying on advisory entry data. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. TrueTrip 估算
已知、估算和未知费用会明确区分。签证和入境信息仅供参考，出行前必须向目的地政府核实；未知的必要费用不会按 0 处理。
3. 账号与付费功能
免费搜索和跳转卖方不收费。航班提醒只有在合作来源、通知送达和退款闭环全部验证后才会开放；开放时会在购买前明确价格、期限和退款规则。移动端数字服务遵守相应应用商店支付规则。
4. 联盟披露
通过具名卖方链接成交时，我们可能获得佣金；佣金不会影响排序。
5. 使用与可用性
不得滥用服务、绕过限流、探测私有系统、转售受限制数据，或违反来源条款进行自动访问。来源失败或规则变化时服务可能暂时不可用。
6. 责任与法律
在法律允许范围内，TJfly 不对卖方改价、取消、拒绝登机或依赖建议性入境数据造成的损失负责；依法不能排除的权利不受影响。本条款适用英格兰及威尔士法律。
