Delete your TJfly account
In the app
- Open My TJfly.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
The app removes sign-in identities, profile data, saved routes, watches and notification destinations. The original email can be used for a new account later.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@tjnovaltd.com from the account email. We verify the request before deleting personal data.
What may be retained
We may retain pseudonymous order, payment, refund, dispute, tax, fraud-prevention and security-audit records for legal obligations. These retained records do not keep the deleted profile, password, passport preference or notification destination.
Store subscriptions
Deleting a TJfly account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription in the relevant store.

在 App 内删除
- 打开“我的 TJfly”。
- 登录要删除的账户。
- 选择“删除账户”，输入 DELETE 并确认。
系统会删除登录身份、个人资料、保存航线、提醒和通知目标；之后可用原邮箱重新注册。
无法使用 App 时
请用账户邮箱发送邮件至 support@tjnovaltd.com。我们会先核验请求，再删除个人数据。
依法保留
订单、支付、退款、争议、税务、防欺诈和安全审计记录可能以去身份方式依法保留，不保留已删除的个人资料、密码、护照偏好或通知地址。
商店订阅
删除 TJfly 账户不会自动取消 App Store 或 Google Play 订阅，请在对应商店管理。
